Our Organisation-wide Training is designed for companies and institutions that want to build stronger communication across their teams and create more confident, effective communicators. The programme runs for up to 3-12 months and can be delivered virtually, in person, or in a blended format.
What’s Included?
Weekly Courses
Each week, participants take part in live training sessions focused on the communication needs of the organisation. Sessions may cover workplace communication, leadership communication, presentations, collaboration, customer-facing communication, or communication strategy.Every session includes practical activities, discussion, and resources that participants can apply immediately in their work.Working Sessions
Throughout the programme, teams take part in guided practice sessions, group exercises, and real-life communication tasks. These sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, improve teamwork, and apply what they are learning in the workplace.End-of-course Evaluation
At the end of the programme, participants complete a final communication exercise or presentation. The organisation receives feedback on participant progress, strengths, and areas for continued development.Offerings for Teams
Fees are based on the goals of the organisation, the number of participants, and the training format. Organisations may choose either a monthly subscription for the team or a bespoke training series.
