Our Group Coaching Programme is a 6-month intensive designed for small cohorts of 4-6 participants. It is built for professionals who want to become more confident, clear, and impactful communicators.What’s Included?
Weekly Courses
Each week, participants join a one-hour live video session with Jeremiah focused on a different area of communication and leadership. Every session includes a resource pack, guided teaching, time for questions, and practical assignments to help participants apply what they learn and track their progress throughout the programme.Working Sessions
Throughout the programme, participants take part in guided practice sessions with The Speech Factory team. These sessions are designed to help participants practise their speeches, improve their delivery, and build confidence in a supportive environment. Feedback is provided after every practice session and assignment so that participants continue to grow throughout the programme.End-of-Course Evaluation
At the end of the programme, each participant prepares and delivers a final speech at an internal showcase attended by The Speech Factory team and invited guests. After the presentation, participants receive detailed feedback on their strengths, growth, and areas for improvement, as well as a certificate upon successful completion.A select number of participants will also be invited to speak at The Speech Factory Festival.Recommended memberships
