Jeremiah is an award-winning public speaker with 10 years of experience speaking and coaching speakers around the world. Jeremiah started his public speaking journey in the speech and debate circuit, where he represented over 50 competitions in six countries. In 2019, Jeremiah became the first African to win the public speaking world championship (college level). This earned him the McKinsey Achievement Award, bestowed by McKinsey and Co. for extraordinary achievements. Following that, Jeremiah has gone on to train six public speaking world championship, across Ghana and China (as Head Coach of China’s National Speech Team). In the corporate space, Jeremiah has trained professionals and executives from Fortune 500 companies and international organizations including Microsoft, PwC, Deloitte, NEOM, and HSBC. Jeremiah has also hosted workshops for the Ghana School of Journalism, PwC, Tsinghua University, and the International Strategy Forum. In total, Jeremiah has trained over 2000 students and professionals. In 2025, Jeremiah founded The Speech Factory, to respond to the evolving professional landscape, where advancements in artificial intelligence have made human communication skills critical. Jeremiah breathes and lives communication. And as a formerly shy, awkward individual, he approaches coaching with the empathy and understanding that comes with starting from the bottom and eventually making it to the peak. Meet the Founder

Susane is the Programme Manager at The Speech Factory, where she leads the planning and delivery of programmes that help professionals become better communicators and more effective leaders. She oversees company communications, creates learning content, coordinates workshops, and works closely with the team to ensure every programme runs smoothly and delivers impact.Through her role at The Speech Factory, she is committed to helping professionals, executives, and teams build the confidence, clarity, and communication skills they need to lead and connect with others.
Meet Michael
