Weekly Courses
Each week, participants meet one-on-one with a Speech Factory coach for a personalised session focused on their goals. Sessions may cover public speaking, leadership communication, speech preparation, presentation skills, confidence, delivery, or communication for meetings and stakeholders.Participants receive customised resources, practical assignments, and direct feedback after every session.Working Sessions
Throughout the programme, participants take part in practical speaking and coaching sessions designed to help them apply what they are learning in real situations. Depending on their goals, participants may also be connected with selected speaking opportunities, events, or presentations to help them build confidence and gain experience.End-of-Course Evaluation
At the end of the programme, participants deliver a final speech or presentation based on their goals. They receive a full evaluation, feedback, and recommendations for continued growth.
