The Speech Festival is The Speech Factory’s annual live event and the biggest celebration of everything our participants have learned throughout the year.
Each February, selected participants from our programmes take the stage to deliver speeches in front of a live audience. It is an opportunity to showcase their growth, confidence, and ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
The festival brings together participants, alumni, coaches, partners, organisations, and invited guests for an inspiring experience centred on leadership and communication.
Participants who are selected to speak at the festival receive additional support and coaching from The Speech Factory team as they prepare for the event.
